The terms and conditions of the professional valet parking services provided by our company Five Stars Valets in Monte-Carlo.

FIVE STARS VALETS, SARL FIVE STARS RENTALS is a limited liability company registered in the Principality of Monaco under the number 12S05690, which head office is located 42, bis bld du Jardin Exotique (MC).

FIVE STARS VALETS is mainly active on the Monegasque territory and provides a professional valets service to many venues (Restaurants, Clubs, etc…) based on two business relationships: (1) the service contract and (2) the partnership contract.

THE MANAGEMENT DECLINES ALL RESPONSIBILITY IN CASE OF DAMAGE OR THEFT OF VEHICLES OR OF ANY PROPERTY LEFT INSIDE.

SERVICE PROVIDER

FIVE STARS VALETS substitutes itself to its patrons in order to be the first welcoming point for the clientele. On a monthly basis cost, the company provides a team of experienced valets in order to ensure the handling and parking of the vehicles that belong to clients visiting the venue.

The employees of FIVE STARS VALETS who work on site remain under the employer’s full responsibility.

Each client using FIVE STARS VALETS services will be given a ticket by the valet. The internet link to our Terms & Conditions shows at the back of the ticket so that each client can check it out at any time. The client will have to show his ticket to the valet to get his vehicle back.

As a « service provider » hired by the venue’s owner, FIVE STARS VALETS will provide a valet service which will be paid for by the hiring party. The venue’s clients will not have to pay for this service. Any extra money given to the valets of FIVE STARS VALETS will be at the client’s full discretion.

FIVE STARS VALETS has a «valet» insurance with his insurance company. It covers all damages caused during the handling and parking of the clients’ vehicles. Moreover, the company will not be held responsible for any theft and/or deterioration of personal effects left in the vehicle. Each client must ensure not to leave any valuable effect and/or personal document inside the vehicle.

In case of client’s no show at the end of the service, the vehicle will be parked in a paying public parking and the cost borne by the client his/herself, and the key will be given back the next day. In the event, FIVE STARS VALETS will not be held responsible for deterioration, damages and/or theft outside of the restaurant’s opening hours.

The venue’s owner and its clientele recognize the responsibility’s boundary of FIVE STARS VALETS should no one show up to get the vehicle back before the place closes.

PARTNER

FIVE STARS VALETS commits itself to welcome the clients of the « Partner » and to handle their vehicles. On a partnership basis with the venue’s owner, the company provides a team of experienced valets in order to ensure the handling and parking of the vehicles that belong to clients visiting the venue.

The employees of FIVE STARS VALETS who work on site remain under the employer’s full responsibility.

Each client of the partner using FIVE STARS VALETS services will be given a ticket by the valet. The handling service of the vehicle will be billed and the ticket part kept by the clients will be used as the receipt. The internet link to our Terms & Conditions shows at the back of the ticket so that each client can check it out at any time. The client will have to show his ticket to the valet in order to get his vehicle back.

As a « partner » and not as a « service provider », FIVE STARS VALETS will provide a valet service which will be paid for directly by the venue’s clients. The clients will have to pay the fee showing on the ticket. The payment will be made directly to the valet when the car is given back.

In case of no payment, the valet will have the right to write down the car registration number and not to take the vehicle when the client next visits the venue.

FIVE STARS VALETS has a « valet » insurance with his insurance company. It covers all damages caused during the handling and parking of the clients’ vehicles. Moreover, the company will not be held responsible for any theft and/or deterioration of personal effects left in the vehicle. Each client must ensure not to leave any valuable effect and/or personal document inside the vehicle.

NB: should the client not pay the handling fee, any claim on possible damages, deterioration and/or theft will not be taken into consideration.
